That's right, we're gearing up for another run of Limited Edition Mrazeks. Last time in 2000, while commemorating 10 years since Boh Jr. made his first BOH FX, we landed on the cover of Mt Bike Action Magazine with the World's Lightest Bike which Carl Decker proceeded to race onto the U.S. National Team. This time around we're celebrating Boh Sr.'s (who has been making the majority of our frames since 1995) coming retirement and the literal passing of the torch to Boh Jr. who is moving his family back to Vrbno pad Pradem from Portland.
The goal is twofold:
1) To give Boh Sr. a fantastic and memorable sendoff, hopefully complete with Rolex or Round the World Airfare.
2) To welcome Boh Jr. back with an exciting order he can enjoy filling over the winter side by side with his father.
We're planning to make a maximum of 50 of these LTDs and they will be available in any of our models including our increasingly popular 29ers, Single Speeds, Tandems, Concepts, X7s, and the new BOH DH. The LTD feature will be the finish which each rider will be able to select on their own, ranging from spectacular custom paint work via ARC or Spectrum Powder Works to our latest process of Anodizing and Laser Etching. All frames will be signed by both Boh Sr. and Boh Jr., will receive a special 1994-2007 logo displaying the passing of the torch, and can have the rider's name included as well.
Pricing will depend on the finish chosen with typical upcharges over our standard paint being $100 - $600 and we encourage everyone to deck out their new masterpieces with top notch components which we can provide like the much anticipated '07 XTR and Campy Record. These bikes will be available worldwide with the only restriction being that there will be just one available in areas where we have a stocking dealer.
Now for the big bonus. All riders who purchase a 2007 LTD will receive Pro Deal Pricing (15% below wholesale on frames, parts, clothing, etc. ) on all future purchases for life.
